Thank you to everyone who joined us for our October Power Hour Sessions! 💚💛
This month, we had the opportunity to bring together local business owners, leaders, and professionals for two panel discussions focused on leadership, community, and the power of learning from one another.
Our 11 AM session featured the Leadership Challenge panel with Diane Phakonekham (@dianes_world ), Gabe Ulloa (@gabeulloa1 ), Irene Wilkins (@irenethesolutionist ), and Norma Dunn (@msndunn ). During our 4 PM session, we explored There’s Power in Community & Professionals with Jay Tamsi (@kchcc85 ) and Michael Bowers (@michaelbowers658 ).
A huge thank you to all of our panelists for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives with our community! We’re grateful for everyone who took the time to join us, ask questions, share ideas, and make meaningful connections.
We also want to give a special thank you to Luna Cafe & Bistro (@luna.bistrocafe ) for being so accommodating and helping us with a last-minute location change for our evening session. We truly appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help us make the event happen! 💚
One of the things we love most about Power Hour is the opportunity to learn from the people around us. Every conversation and connection is a reminder of how much we can accomplish when we come together, support one another, and continue growing.
We’re also incredibly grateful to our amazing program sponsors who help make these sessions possible:
📍 Venue Partner: Adventist Health Bakersfield (@adventisthealthcentralca )
💻 Executive Program Partner: TechXpress (@techxpressbakersfield )
🍽️ Food Sponsor: BBSI (@momsknobest )

A little update we were hoping we wouldn’t have to share.
Unfortunately, the Golf Tourney Mixer Part 2 is being postponed until further notice. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, especially to everyone who was already looking forward to joining us.
If you purchased a ticket, you will receive a full refund. You don’t need to do anything on your end.
But this is not the end of Golf Tourney Mixer Part 2! We’re already looking ahead to what’s next, and we have so many fun events planned for next year. ⛳️
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Power Hub Bakersfield. We can’t wait to bring you more opportunities to connect, have fun, and power greatness together.
Stay tuned for what’s coming next! ✨
